Sad news, but closure nonetheless, in regards to the untimely death in the Naugatuck State Forest.

Yesterday we told you about a body found in Oxford Connecticut on Monday afternoon.

The story did say that the public was not at risk and the investigation was underway. At the very least, there is now closure for one family.

In a story reported by nbcconnecticut.com  local police have now released the identity of the person who was found dead on Monday, March 12th, in the Naugatuck State Forest near Old Litchfield Turnpike in Oxford. The deceased is 64 year old Jeffrey Bussolari of Southbury. Police are saying that there is no criminal aspect to Bussolari's death.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Mr. Bussolari. May he rest in peace. Again the police say there is no threat to the public.
