Urgent Update for Danbury Water Customers – Here’s What You Need to Know!
According to the City of Danbury, the boil water advisory for city water customers has officially been lifted. After thorough testing, the water quality has been confirmed to be safe for drinking, cooking, and all other everyday uses.
If you're still noticing any discoloration in your water, the city recommends running your cold water tap until it clears up. This is a common occurrence after such advisories and should resolve on its own.
For any further updates or detailed information, you can always check out the City of Danbury's official website at danbury-ct.gov.
Stay hydrated and rest assured, your water is now safe to use as usual!

Due to a water main break on Hayestown Avenue, the City of Danbury is issuing a Boil Water Advisory for all residents as a safety precaution. While repairs are underway, water quality is being tested, and this advisory is in place to ensure public health.
The good news is that the repair is expected to be completed by Sunday, December 8. However, the results of the water samples to determine when the boil water advisory can be lifted will not be available until Tuesday, December 10.
