Malloy Wants to Close CT Rest Areas, So Lou Asks Where Public Sex Will Happen

According to the News Times Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy wants to shut down some of the state's rest areas along I-84 to save money. Where am I supposed to nap after I have been hauling down the highway for hours? Huh? This also made me question where certain citizens might engage in public naked acts:

In all seriousness, I am not sure how much the state would save but it can't be much. Also what do they mean by shut down or close? Will they put barricades up so you could not even pull off the highway?

I'll tell you what I would like to see on the highway. How bout a dedicated lane for tractor trailers so I don't feel like my life is flashing before my eyes every time one of these houses on wheels passes me doing 94mph.
