Now, actor and comedian Michael Rapaport is bringing his comedic chops to the stage, headlining at the NY Comedy Club in Stamford, CT. Catch him live on Friday, February 28th, Saturday, March 1st, and Sunday, March 2nd. We sat down to chat with Michael about his films, and his stand up, and this was our favorite moment.

Lou: Some people look to Abraham Lincoln for their quotes, I look to Michael Rapaport. You gave the single most important speech in a movie in my lifetime. I'm going to read it and not perform it because I don't want to butcher it. "A beautiful girl can make you get dizzy, like you've been drinking Jack and Coke all morning. She can make you feel high, full of the single-greatest commodity known to man, promise. The promise of a better day, the promise of a greater hope, the promise of a new tomorrow." Dude, Beautiful Girls, that was the best speech ever!

Michael: "I appreciate that, we had a great time making that movie. We shot that in Minnesota, it was freezing, it was a great time. The late, great Ted Demme who directed it. The cast was Uma Thurman right off the heels of Pulp Fiction, you know Matt Dillon who was always one of my favorite actors growing up and it was just a lot of fun and good memories. That scene comes up a lot, of course I forgot Natalie Portman who has gone on to do more incredible things. That was a fun time, it was definitely freezing cold but we had a good time shooting that film in Minnesota, Beautiful Girls."

Lou: We're from small New England towns, you guys nailed that small town thing.

Michael: "Yeah it was, like I said we all got along, we had a good time making it and it was easy comradery. You know, I talked to some of the people and said we should do a "Beautiful Girls" reunion because the movie was about a reunion and I had so much fun doing it, I'm sure the rest of them would be open to doing it because it was just a good time."
