If you have recently been exploring window and siding improvements, or have actually booked services through NewPro Operating LLC in Connecticut, the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection has issued a consumer alert for your protection.

According to a Consumer Alert issued by Connecticut DCP Commissioner Bryan Cafferelli on ct.gov, Massachusetts based New Pro Operating LLC and it's parent company Renovo Home Partners, who have advertised window and siding services and are licensed and registered to do business in Connecticut, have filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection on November 3, 2025. So, if you've been waiting for the crew to come back and finish off those last few windows or to come back with an estimate on your pet project from either of those companies, you do have help.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU HAVE BEEN AFFECTED?
If you live in Connecticut and have been affected by the bankruptcy filing of New Pro Operating LLC you should file with the Federal Bankruptcy Court as a creditor first.
