Wheel of Fortune is a part of my life, my grandparents loved it, my mom loved it, and yeah, if I'm in front of a tv at 7:30PM, I'm watching it too. I play it online, at the casinos, but I've never tried out for the actual game show. If you've always dreamed about spinning that wheel yourself, your chance to do it right here in Connecticut is coming up this fall.

Sorry, Pat and Vanna won't be there, but Wheel of Fortune LIVE! is coming to the Grand Cedar Showroom at Foxwoods Resort Casino for two shows this Fall. The first is Friday November 10, 2023 at 8PM, and a second will happen on Saturday November 11 at 2PM. According to Foxwoods.com, buying a general admission tickets will get you a chance to be randomly selected during the course of the event to appear on stage. Once you've been selected, you'll spin the wheel, buy vowels, and do it on a full-sized replica of the iconic wheel. What will you be playing for? Trips to Paris and Hawaii, or up to $10,000 in cash. There is an age restriction, you must be 18+ in order to be a contestant on stage, but all ages are welcome to watch from the audience. Tickets start at $49.50 for general admission seating, and there are premium packages and 'Spin the Wheel' tickets available too.

Events like this really make me miss my mom, Foxwoods was one of her favorite places in this world, and Wheel was her jam. Take it from me, enjoy watching tv game shows with your parents while you can.

Ridgefield Playhouse Exec Shares Revealing Tales About Richards and More

The Ridgefield Playhouse and I-95 have had a longstanding and fruitful business relationship. The Playhouse, it's leadership and staff have always been welcoming to us and we like to think we've been good to them as well.

I've been doing the I-95 Morning Show for 15 years and in that time I've had so many wonderful memories in that building. We performed our Ethan and Lou 10 year Anniversary concert there, I've met countless celebrities at the Playhouse and have attended many of their shows.

Many of the top flight guests we've booked on the I-95 Morning Show have been courtesy of our association with the Playhouse. But it wasn't just the rock stars that got invited to our studio, the people behind the curtain have always been regular guests on our shows.

Jared Shahid is the new Managing Director at the Ridgefield Playhouse but not a new face to us. Ethan and I have hung with him backstage, we've had him in the studio and he and I even worked on a TV project together.

Jared is one of the best storytellers I know so we were delighted to invite him back on the show. Recently, Shahid joined us on the the I-95 Morning Show with Ethan, Lou & Dave. Whenever he comes in, he brings tickets and stories for our audience. These are some of the amazing behind the scenes tales he shared with us on Thursday (5/25/23).
