Winter Storm Warning Calls for Dangerous Conditions Throughout CT + NY

Despite the sunshine here in the early part of Saturday afternoon (February 17), the snow is coming according to most accounts.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Southern and Western Connecticut and Southeast New York for Saturday from 5:00 PM through into Sunday until 7:00 AM.

So all in all, not a terrible storm by mid-February's typical standards, but it is recommended to stay put later this evening and through the night.
