Get Ready For Iron Chef Morimoto’s Ramen Debut In Connecticut
I'm obsessed with Ramen noodles, and although it's much more common on menus around Connecticut, I've had quite a few bad dishes. I have a feeling that is going to change.
There is a new Ramen King in Connecticut, he is one of the original Iron Chefs, and his name is Masaharu Morimoto. You may know him from the original Iron Chef series as the man who wanted to fight new-school Iron Chef Bobby Flay after Flay jumped on top of a table to celebrate his victory?

Well, their new battleground for Iron Chef Connecticut 2025 will happen at Connecticut's two world-class resort/casinos. Iron Chef Bobby Flay's Bobby's Burger Palace has been smashing hamburgers in Mohegan Sun for years, and not surprisingly, he makes burgers, not Ramen. Well, there's a new Iron Chef sheriff in town as of today.

Momosan Foxwoods by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto officially opens it's doors on Thursday, June 26, 2025. World-Class sushi and Ramen dishes are the main attractions on the menu, and I can't wait to try Morimoto's Tonkotsu. Another delicacy that should be wonderful out of the kitchen of an Iron Chef is Peking Duck. Sticky ribs, Bao, Gyoza, wontons, and there's even pizza on the menu.
I don't know how recently Bobby Flay was actually at his Burger Palace, but I keep imagining Iron Chefs Morimoto and Flay passing each other on RT. 2 or 395 in a typical Connecticut road rage encounter.
