Wilton Police say they are looking the driver of a pickup truck who allegedly hit two cars on March 6 and then drove away.

According to Ctpost.com, a Wilton resident was driving north on Route 7 (Danbury Road) at about 2:40pm last Tuesday when she was hit from behind. Police say that the driver of the pickup then backed up and struck another vehicle.

As the drivers of the two damaged vehicles got out of their cars to access the situation, they reported that the driver of the pickup that hit them made a U-turn and fled the scene in the southbound direction of Route 7. They told police that the truck was a dark color and may be a Dodge Ram or similar looking vehicle.The suspected hit and run driver is believed to be a white male. The vehicle has damage on the front and rear.
