Guys, this is not a drill. As of right now, Halloween is just two months away and that means that it's socially acceptable to start decorating. If you're the type that prides yourself in having the scariest house on the block these ghoulish goodies are sure to help you achieve that "creepy neighbor" status.

First things first. If you're going to start decorating for halloween you're going to need a skull or two in the mix. This incredibly realistic skull is on the smaller side (which is a good thing because it'll probably keep people from thinking you could be a serial killer) but there are larger options available including this dark and eerie open-mouth version.

Next up is the graveyard scene, my absolute favorite part of decorating for Halloween. I will admit that I can be rather picky when it comes to the believability factor of headstone decorations but this gothic-inspired tombstone definitely makes the cut. It's realistic, creepy, wonderful and dying to take up residence in your yard.

One headstone in your graveyard is just not enough and that's why this five-piece set is the perfect addition to any arsenal. Made of thick, sturdy foam, these tombstones are easy to move around and come with 12 metal stakes (rather than flimsy plastic) for a secure hold in the ground once you have the placement juuuust right.

Graveyards in and of themselves already have a strong spooky factor but you can easily take it above and beyond by scattering some bones about. This set is particularly frightening because of the whole "burnt rotten flesh" thing it's got going on but these regular looking white bones are tried-and-true for good reason.

It's no wonder that this 72-inch cocoon corpse is a best seller considering its a dead ringer for an actual cocoon corpse (whatever that means). A simple and effective addition to your Halloween decor, this guy's lightweight and comes in two pieces for easy storage between haunts. I won't judge if you decide to keep it up year-round though.

If you're looking to cover your entire entryway with creepy or drape your doorstep with darkness this hanging ghost is the one for you! With a total length of just under 14-feet this gauzy ghoul is perfect for hanging on a veranda, porch, underneath the eaves or even from a tree that could use a little haunting.

Inflatable decorations are all the rage these days and, let me tell you, there are some seriously awesome Halloween ones out there. Take this gigantic grim reaper driving a hell horse-drawn carriage, for example. It's dark, it's spooky, it self-inflates for easy set-up and even comes with lights for extra eerie nighttime viewing.

These inflatable pumpkins have a whole lot going for them: they stretch out over 7-feet to cover a ton of yard space; they self-inflate for super simple set-up; they light up for everyone's  nighttime viewing pleasure; they won't rot over time like a real jack-o-lantern and those pesky neighborhood kids will never be able to smash them.

Not everyone likes their Halloween decorations to be uber macabre and if you're not necessarily looking to scare the pants off some unsuspecting trick-or-treaters these adorable, brightly colored yard signs are the perfect combination of friendly and spooky. Just like Casper! Everyone loves Casper!

Trick-or-treaters will love the spook factor this hanging, talking witch provides. With poseable arms, flashing red eyes, and sound and/or touch-activated sayings (including "You're not scared, are you?" and a quintessential witch cackle among others), she's sure to put a spell on visitors.

I could hardly contain my excitement when I stumbled upon this animatronic toy box complete with an evil clown, creepy doll, and stitched-up burlap teddy bear. I mean, come on. Does it even get any creepier than this? Turns out it does thanks to the motion sensor that makes the spooky trio pop-up out of the box and say eerie things like "Would you like to come with us?"

I may have been really excited about the haunted toy box but I'm even more excited about this creeper right here. You'll want to place it inside and up against a window so visitors will trigger the motion sensor, prompting this peeping-tom to tap against the glass three times resulting in an epic "did that just move?" Halloween prank.

As far as scary goes, Pennywise the Dancing Clown has always reigned supreme. And now, with the highly anticipated 'IT Chapter Two' coming out next week, I'm guessing we'll see plenty of him this season. This creepy clown cut-out is life-sized, making it even more terrifying, and if you add in a helium-filled red balloon you've got yourself some bonafide nightmare fuel.
