Drum roll please. Nominated in the Best Chef: Northeast category are:

Brian Lewis, The Cottage, Westport, Connecticut

The James Beard foundation will announce the final nominees on March 14 and the winners will be announced on April 27. Kind of like the Oscar's, it's just an honor to be nominated, but I'm still rooting for Connecticut's own!
