Gotta Park? Bethel, CT Has An App For That

Is there anything that your smartphone can't do? Now, you can even pay for parking from your phone. No more digging through your glove box or under your seats looking for change while you anxiously fret about missing your train.

Seriously, how cool is this? The town of Bethel has just announced that the Bethel Metro North Parking lot will be accepting mobile payments from the "Parksmarter" app. Grab your smart phone, tap that app and, viola, your parking is paid for. Need more time? You can add that too.

I just heard somewhere that if we are smart enough to have a smart phone then we know where to get the apps. So, I don't have to tell you that they are available at your app store or google play, right? Just like our station app, which is, btw, the coolest app ever. A little shameless self promotion never hurt anyone.
