With kids there are a million and one things to worry about, but this new technology helps, especially at the start of the school year. Durham School Services has introduced an app that lets you track the location of your child’s school bus according to NBC Connecticut News. It operates via a GPS tracker that many of us are already familiar with. You can access the location of a school bus at any moment from your phone or keyboard with this system.

The app has been out and in use in Waterbury since the 2016 school year. Recently Rocky Hill, Stratford and Milford schools are started using it. If your school isn’t using it, chances are eventually they will, because parents are saying it gives them peace of mind knowing where their kids are. The app works with both I-phone as well as android devices, and is free to download. Check it out here.
