First Night Danbury is celebrating its 25th anniversary and has tons of events and activities for the whole family planned for New Year’s Eve event. The I-95 WRKI FM Road Crew will also be on hand giving out prizes. Get the details here.
Daryl’s Rock N’ Soul New Year’s Eve Party – Rt. 22, Pawling NY (845) 289-0185
Daryl’s House Restaurant and Music Club is throwing a huge New Year’s Eve bash. The evening includes two hours of hors d’oeurves, a performance by MUTLU, then the Daryl Hall & Band will go on at 10:45 p.m. They will play until the champagne toast and dessert buffet at midnight. The Daryl Hall & Band will continue ringing in the new year as the party rocks on into the first morning of 2015.

This down-home pub will host a dinner beer pairing featuring four six ounce beer tastings that are paired with a soup or salad; entrée of salmon, chicken or prime; as well as dessert. Entertainment starts at 10 p.m. with live music from National Drive. There is also a free champagne toast at midnight.

Looking for a classy way to spend your New Year’s? The Ethan Allen Hotel in Danbury is offering the ultimate New Year’s Eve party. The evening starts at 7:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception that includes hor d’oeuvres and the Chef’s Harvest Display.
Dinner is from 8:30 p.m. until 1 a.m. and includes soup, salad, an entrée as well as a Viennese display that includes a chocolate fountain. Live entertainment comes courtesy Tony T. Orchestra. Dinner is $259 per couple, and $399 per couple for those who are staying the night. Overnight stays also enjoy a breakfast buffet in the morning.
Peekskill Ball Drop – Division Street and Central Avenue, Peekskill NY
Peekskill will host its first New Year’s Eve ball drop. The event runs from 9 p.m. to midnight and includes DJs, live music and more.
White Plains New Year’s Eve Spectacular and Ball Drop – Quarropas and Main Streets, White Plains NY
There will be music, confetti and fireworks in the streets of White Plains at its 15th annual New Year’s Eve Spectacular and ball drop. After the ball drops, you can walk to one of the city's many bars.
Times Square New Year’s Eve – Times Square, Manhattan NY

Enjoy a New Year’s Eve performance of “South Pacific” and party at the Westchester Broadway Theatre. Tickets are $360 per couple or $460 per couple for a private luxury box for parties of eight or more. Tickets include open bar from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., hors d’oeuvre buffet, dinner, live music from Tuxedo Parc Orchestra, and a champagne toast at midnight with party favors.
