I am generally a pretty tidy and neat person.  I groom, I shower a lot and I always have my clothes clean and organized, and keep a clean room.  The one gross thing I do is ...

I don't wash my sheets.  I know that creeps chicks out, but it's true and I refuse to do it.  My girlfriend does not like this, but also knows I'm not going to do it so she has taken over.

She's been washing them on a regular basis. The fact is, I don't notice a difference. I know what nastiness came come from our bodies while we sleep, not to mention what else happens in there, but I just don't care. I really don't.
