Right on the heels of the four senior citizens who were arrested for engaging in sexual activity late last week within the vicinity, two more men have been arrested in a similar instance at Farrington Woods Park on Mill Plain Road in Danbury.

At about 1:15 PM on Friday, July 1, Danbury CCU officers observed a gray Toyota Camry and a gray Honda Accord arrive at the park. The operators of each vehicle exited their cars, and walked separately along a trail leading into the woods. When the police followed the trail, they discovered 42-year-old Marvin Iraheta and 61-year-old Bruno Butera, both of Danbury, standing in a clearing in the woods, engaged in a sexual act.

According to the Danbury Police Department, the Community Conditions Unit was conducting surveillance in Farrington Woods Park based on several recent complaints that casual park goers have been solicited for sex acts by males in the park's parking lot. Aside from the solicitations, others have stated that they have seen numerous adult males engaged in various sexual activities both in the woods and in the parking lot area.

Both Butera and Iraheta are being charged with Public Indecency and were released on $500 bonds.
