According to HuffPost, President Trump dedicated his golf win to the Puerto Rican Hurricane victims over the weekend.

Here is what he said, “And we’re going to dedicate this trophy to all of those people that went through so much that we love, a part of our great state, really a part of our great nation,” he added, before pivoting to talking about golf. “And I’ll tell you what ― I’ve been watching this thing from the beginning. And I have to say, our Team USA, wow, did you play well.”

OK, away we go. This is not a good look. Do I think there is anything wrong with any President taking down time? No. Do I think there is anything wrong with a President golfing on a Sunday? No. Is there anything wrong with a President talking up his win in a golf tournament to the press? No. Do I think, in his own way, the President had good intentions when he did this? Yes. Is it a really dumb thing to say? Absolutely.

It's not great optics, man. You have a really wealthy man playing a wealthy man's game, winning that game, and dedicating a worthless trophy and victory to people who are suffering. Before you call me all sorts of names like "libtard", I am not one of these people who sits around waiting for Trump to make a mistake so I can write about it. People do that though, and the ones that do are going to have a field day with this one, and for good reason.
