Over the past 12 months, I've purchased Antipasto from a local deli in Western Connecticut at least once a month, if not more. Out of the 12-15 places, these are my Top 3.

I'm a sucker for Antipasto, it's my favorite appetizer before inhaling a grinder. Antipasto is a traditional first course of a formal Italian dinner, and it's a great choice for those who don't like macaroni/potato/egg salad. Think of Antipasto as a charcuterie board in a cup, traditional recipes call for a mixture of cured meats, pickled veggies, cheese, and olives soaked in an oil/vinegar mix. My favorite ingredients are Kalamata and green olives, feta or Italian table cheese, salami, proscuittini, and salami. I hate cauliflower, that's the one thing that I pick out of any serving.
