My Dad is the Best Grandfather in the World

My dad has always been a great dad but he is even a better Grandfather. 

My dad will do anything for my kids and he is the moral center of the family and the kids can feel that and learn from it. He was the one that got them into CCD, he is the first one to offer to take the kids when we need a sitter.  He is always all about whatever is best for the kids.

He is such a good dad and grandpa that he embraced my step son like his own grandson within such a short period of time it was amazing.  He just knows how to run a family.

My wife and I had our big wedding reception last week and we wanted all the boys there but we also wanted to stay out late so my dad offered to take the kids and leave the party early and he did.  It was nice.  This picture is actually from that party of my dad and my oldest son Louis.  Louis was getting tired and bored at an adult party and my dad took him on his lap and hung out with him.

My wife talks about him all the time because they break each others chops.  I'm pretty sure she has a crush on him.  It could be worse.  He's the only dude I know who is better than me so if you are going to have a crush on anyone it might as well be him.
