A Mahopac man is in hot water after getting caught up in a wild drift racing meetup on Long Island this past Sunday.

Police say Anthony Bartoszewicz was spotted doing donuts at a busy intersection in Suffolk County. When his car stalled, he decided to make a run for it on foot around 1:40 a.m.
According to News 12, Brookhaven Town Supervisor Dan Panico is already on the case, teaming up with state Senator Anthony Palumbo to push for tougher penalties on drift racing. Looks like they’re not taking this lightly!
