Kindness and Generosity Help Feed Danbury Students Over Spring Break
Despite the pandemic, caring individuals, non-profits, and greater Danbury eateries have combined their talents to feed the children.
The Danbury School District's 'Free Meals for Families' has taken a breather over spring break but other resources have stepped up to fill the need while volunteers take a break, according to an article in the News Times. - New American Dream Foundation - The Amber Room Colonnade through NADF is providing 300 meals to students at Morris Street Elementary School.
- Texas Roadhouse - Handing out meals to all students from 12 noon until 2 pm(Student ID's required)...
