If Your Cabin Doesn’t Have Bears Everywhere, You’re in the Wrong Place

When you rent a cabin in the woods, it have better have bears everywhere. I went on a bachelor party over the weekend in Hunter, NY and we rented a house where they got it right.

There were bears on the deck.

Bears on the base of the deck.

A bear weather station.

There were even bears in "the john." It's the only way to go when decorating a cabin in the woods. I not big on interior design or anything, but if I had a say in how to decorate my house, it might look a lot like this cabin did.

I texted my father to tell him what a good time he missed. I sent along these same photos to him to show him what a slam dunk job these people did decorating their cabin. His response was the only one a person could give. He simply texted back, "Unbearable." Dad for the win.
