Adam is currently on the road and headed to Connecticut, where he'll be headlining Comix Roadhouse at Mohegan Sun on Thursday, October 24th, Friday, October 25th, and Saturday, October 26th. Before his arrival, Ferrara took the time to join us for a few segments on the I-95 Morning Show on Thursday, October 24th. We had a great time listening to his stories from shows like NCIS and Top Gear, but it was his memories of his Rescue Me co-stars that really had us laughing.

We were chatting with Adam about how remarkable it is to have three headlining comedians featured so prominently on a critically acclaimed TV drama like Rescue Me. My co-host, Dave, highlighted the different backgrounds of Denis Leary, Adam, and Lenny Clarke, while also noting their similarities and distinct accents. It was at this point that Adam shared an incredible story about Lenny Clarke.

Adam: "And you're right about Lenny's Boston accent. I wouldn't be surprised if you actually heard him say, 'THEY'RE COMING BY LAND! THEY'RE COMING BY LAND!'"

Lou: We had him on recently and he had us in stitches. He is just the genuine article, he is just a dude.

Adam: "Lenny showed up at my father's funeral in red pants and Prada slippers—I'm not kidding. I'm standing by my father; we're all crying, and it's an open casket because, you know, Italians know how to throw a party. Everyone is walking around, and my uncle says, 'You see that box? It's the best one you can get; nothing is too good for my brother. It's got heat, it’s got AC, and there's a light in there in case he wants to read.' So, everyone is feeling somber, right? My mother is upset, and all of a sudden we hear, 'WHERE'S ADAM!? ADAM, WHERE ARE YOU, PAL? I'M SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS!' Red pants."

You can listen to our complete, two-part interview with Adam Ferrara below.

Greater Danbury's 13 Most Amusing Photos Captured by the Google Car

Google Instant Street View is easily my favorite free application. You can take a digital cruise through the streets of Milan Italy, a drive down the PCH in California or tool around your local area without leaving your office chair. But the best use of Instant Street View is to catch unbeknownst moments. If you look long enough, hard enough, you will find some really funny things. I've spent years combing through the Greater-Danbury area Google footage and these are some of my favorite snaps.
