I figured it out this morning, we've been doing Camping for Cans since 2008, and it's something I look forward to every year.

This event is special because it provides my co-workers and I an opportunity to do some good and interact with the Ethan, Lou & Large Dave Show listeners. Here is everything you need to know about Camping for Cans.

What is Camping for Cans? 

Camping for Cans is an annual food/money drive to benefit the Hillside Food Outreach and hosted by the I-95 Morning Show with Ethan, Lou & Large Dave.

What is the Hillside Food Outreach?

Hillside is a registered charity organization that is fueled by amazing community volunteers. Hillside gathers donations all year-round and feeds families in our local area. Your donation is not put on a truck and sent to another state, this food will remain in the community, feeding families, who might otherwise go without.

When is it?

Friday November 18th beginning at 6 am - Sunday November 20 at 3 pm.

Where is it? 

106 Federal Road - in the BJ's Parking lot in Brookfield, CT.

How do I help?

Bring non-perishable food items, cash or checks made out to the Hillside Food Outreach.

Who Will be There? 

The Morning Show team lined up some big guests for this year. The Mayors of Danbury and New Milford will be in attendance to show support, and the guys have lined up an array of other surprise guests.

Will I Be Able to See the Radio Shows in action? 

Yes. Ethan, Lou and Large Dave will be broadcasting together each morning of the event and then Rob Olson takes over in the afternoons. The shows will be broadcasting live from a tent setup,each day. .

What else do I need to know? 

Hillside can feed more people on $1 than you. Basically, if you're torn between bringing cash or shopping for items to donate, bring the cash. Hillside uses it's wholesale deals to turn your dollar into many more meals than you'd be able to.
