In the two Cal Ripken tournaments, Danbury's 12 year old boys posted an 11 and 0 record and earned themselves a ticket to The Ripken World Series in Aberdeen, Maryland. How did they do it? "We practiced every single day," said Danbury coach, Ken Clancey. "Everybody was there for an hour and a half or two hours in the morning before we would play." Up next for Danbury is competition from all over the United States and the rest of the world.
