Check Out This Mexican Food Truck in Waterbury

Wow! These very nice people make great food on East Main Street in the Brass City!

I've stopped at Los Garcia Mexican Fusion in Waterbury a couple of times over the past few months. They make excellent food! Los Garcia's food truck is located on East Main Street in Waterbury, right beside the rear entrance of the Brass Mill Mall. And they offer many different dishes: Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, Tortas, and Mrs Large's favorite--Flautas

Delicious! See those fresh slices of avacado? The crumbled Cotija cheese? MMMMMMMM.

I also sampled, at owner Marilyn's suggestion, their specialty, Taco al Pastor, oh my God! uh...sorry...ay de mi! So GOOD!
