It's almost the 4th of July, and you know what that means. Yes, it's America's 241st birthday, and yes, we'll be celebrating our independence and yes we'll do it all like we always do -- with fireworks.

Here are some interesting Fourth of July facts that you can use to impress your friends and neighbors, according to rfdtv.com:

• Only two founding fathers actually signed the Declaration of Independence on July 4th, 1776. A majority of those who signed did it about a month later on August 2nd, 1776.
• The 4th of July didn't become a Federal Holiday until 1870
• John Adams wasn't always right. He predicted in his now famous letter to his wife Abigale that July 2nd would be celebrated as America's independence day since the day before, July 1st, congress had voted to sever ties with Great Britain.
• Don't feel bad the next time you lose your car keys or cell phone -- the original draft of the Declaration of Independence was lost.
