I'm relatively sure that the majority of humans are aware that fried foods are simply not good when it comes to your overall health but, dammit, every once in a while I gotta have some good old-fashioned, FRIED CHICKEN! I've stated many times before on the Ethan, Lou, and Large Dave Show that I'm a slave to chicken!

The primary reason I chose to write about the joys of chowing down on this delicious guilty pleasure is because I began a search for which restaurants make the very best fried chicken in the state of Connecticut.
