Short and simple. Researchers say to weigh yourself on Wednesdays.

They took 40 overweight adults and weighed them nearly 29 hundred times over the course of a year. The study found Wednesdays reflect the most genuine weight, because there was more of an inconsistency on weekends. The results reflect most people's habits of burning off pounds during the week.

So if you're looking to lose weight in 2015 make sure to weigh in on Wednesdays!  And keep a positive attitude.

Now where's that damn scale?
