What do we keep saying? You get a nice day or two, then you have to pay with some type of crazy weather.

Well once again, it might be time for a little payback. The National Weather Service has issued a severe weather warning for Connecticut and the Hudson Valley for Thursday afternoon and evening.

According to the NWS, we have a slight chance of strong to severe thunderstorms Thursday afternoon into Thursday night, mainly across the interior. Some of these storms may be capable of producing damaging winds.

Look for clouds to start to develop during the day on Thursday, with wet weather and thunderstorms possible after 5 pm and continuing through Thursday evening.
