Luke From ‘Gilmore Girls’ Brings Blues, Rock + Coffee to Connecticut
Yes, I'm a Gilmore Girls fan, I admit it. Although Mrs. Large is the one that is the true fan in the household, but I dig it too.
I even got a souvenir coffee cup in my studio from when Nexflix released Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.
As a professional journalist, I did a little more digging on this subject, and I found something far more interesting on Patterson's Twitter feed. The man himself is embarking on a coffeehouse tour this Summer, which includes two dates in Connecticut!
Patterson performs in a band called Smithradio. They describe their sound as "Power Blues/Rock", and as being influenced by the "Big arena sound of the early 70's"
Patterson is coming to Connecticut at the end of July and will perform acoustic sets on Saturday July 29 at Silk City Coffee in Manchester, CT, and also on Sunday July 30 at The Metro Cafe in Hartford. Tickets are $20 for the show, but they are also selling meet & greet tickets for $50.

God, I hope Kirk opens for him!
