Popular Mahopac Liquor Store Offers Discount if You’re a Gym Member

A Hudson Valley liquor store is offering a decent discount to anyone who can prove they're a gym member.

According to a recent Instagram post, a liquor and wine store in the lower Hudson Valley is offering a discount on select products if you can prove you're a member of any gym. Sterling Cellars in Mahopac posted on Instagram that if you show them any gym membership, you get 20% off wine.

According to the post, this discount only applies to still and sparkling wines in sizes 740 mL or 1.5L. If a wine is already on sale, the greater discount will prevail. This offer is not valid on wines in the fine wine room.

To get the discount, simply show the cashier proof of your membership when you go to pay. They have Planet Fitness and New York Sports Club (NYSC) listed in their ad, but they do not say that any gyms are excluded. So if you're a local gym member, Gold's Gym, Crunch Fitness, Orange Theory, Equinox, whatever it may be, you qualify.
