If I think back on my childhood, the first band that I ever loved was Kiss.

They were Gods back in the glorious 70s. I saw them for the first time in 1979 on the Dynasty tour -- my parents took my brother Steve and I to see them. We all got such a contact high from the weed being smoked all around us, it was an amazing spectacle, and it made me a lifelong fan. Here's my desk at work right now:

Yeah, that's where I keep all my passwords and phone lists.

Kiss has been on the longest "last tour ever" tour that I've ever seen. They played earlier this year at Mohegan Sun, and just today, it was announced that they're coming back next Summer to play the Xfinity Theater in Hartford on Saturday September 5, 2020.

Presale tickets go onsale to members of the Kiss Army on Tuesday November 19. General onsale tickets go up on Friday November 22 at 10AM. You can buy them by clicking HERE

Ok, now that the official business of the post is over, I can have some fun. I love Paul Stanley's stage banter. Tim Sheehan and I have compared quotes that we've heard Paul say on stage over the years, and it's endlessly entertaining. So, may I present to you, one of the funniest videos that I've ever seen. I hope you enjoy:
