Opinion: CT’s Most Searched for Item at Trader Joe’s is Lame

Seriously, Connecticut? Brussel sprouts?

With over 500 stores in 42 states, Trader Joe's is loved and adored by millions of shoppers across the country. Honestly, I am a fan of TJ's, but not a rabid fan.

The web site workwisellc.com recently took a deep dive into the search habits of Trader Joe shoppers in every state and to tell you the God's honest truth, I am disturbed and disappointed with Connecticut's most searched for Trader Joe's product which turned out to be freakin' Brussel Sprouts!

But, Brussel sprouts fans, you'll be happy to hear that these gross little veggie balls are Trader Joe's most searched item in 15 states.  I've tried to love these nasty little green balls of nutrition by smothering them in cheese, hiding them in casseroles with other veggies, and one time I actually cooked them in turkey gravy but they still tasted like feet.
