One of CT’ Favorite Halloween Candies is M&M’s, Can You Guess Number 1?
It might be the best time of year, Halloween is right around the corner.

This means beautiful leaves, crisp pumpkins, scaring the crap out of one another and eating junk food for sport, it's just so much fun. However, one thing can ruin a Halloween and that is poor candy choices.
You don't want to be the house the kids hate, the out of touch weirdo who gives away pennies or popcorn balls. You want to be the house that makes the kids smile and run away thinking you've got all the answers.
Get them fun stuff like Jolly Ranchers, Starburt, Twix and Snickers. Get them Twizzlers and Sour Patch kids. Whatever you do, don't copy the trends that apparently exist in the Nutmeg State because they suck.
Candystore.com just released the results of a new study of the most popular Halloween candies state by state and CT is terrible at liking candy.
The study says that CT's Top 3 Favorite candies are:
1. Almond Joy
2. Milky Way
3. M&M's
Look, M&M's are cool I guess but #2 and #3 would not make my Top 50 candies. You know what sucks the Joy out of Halloween? Almond Joy, that is the answer. Almond Joy should change it's name because it has brought less joy than any candy in the world. Just look at some of the ingredients:
- Coconut
- Almonds
- Shea Oil
- Sunflower Oil
- Skim Milk
This is the crap that old people eat to slow their decay not what people eat for fun. C'mon! Pull it together Connecticut! I'm embarrased to tell people I live here.
