Calin was recently crowned the champion during the latest episode of the Food Network's Chopped. If you've ever dined at The Note Kitchen and Bar, you know exactly why she won the Chopped competition over three other chefs.

I've had the pleasure of dining at this award-winning restaurant where everything on their menu is delicious. On Chopped, over three rounds, according to ctinsider.com, Calin created one appetizer, stuffed quail as her entree, and a cheesecake for dessert.

Not only is The Note known for its wonderful food, but it's also a popular live music destination. From bluegrass to folk, singer/songwriters to cover bands,

As you may have gathered, The Note's owner, Tony Heslin is not only a foodie but is a rabid music lover. On his website, Tony describes his mission for the restaurant, "creating a destination that offers the flavor notes and music notes to fill a person's soul." The Note recently held an outdoor watch party to view the episode.
