The weather kings at  NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) are predicting an El Nino 2019 winter.

An El Nino winter weather prediction calls for warmer temperatures and less of the deep freeze although almost every meteorological prognosticator will tell you that predicting the weather 3 to 5 months out could be iffy at best,

Both NOAA and the Old Farmer's Almanac are predicting normal temperatures which range from the upper 30's to the mid 40's for the beginning of Winter 2018 in Connecticut. The Old Farmer's Almanac along with NOAA is also predicting a warmer and wetter Connecticut. Why are so many millions of humans obsessed by the weather?

According to the Old Farmer's Almanac, the warmer winter weather prediction is due to a decrease in solar activity and the arrival of El Nino which in many cases prevents chilly air masses from hanging around for too long.  If you could place a face on El Nino, what would it look like? I'll go with this photo!
