It's Halloween season, and Dunkin' Donuts is celebrating in a spooktacular new way by tricking out its classic donut treats all this month.

For the first time ever, participating local Dunkin' Donuts in Greater Danbury, Putnam and Dutchess County will have their regular donuts disguised for Halloween. We were treated to a sneak peak recently, when the folks from Dunkin' Donuts stopped by our Morning Show.

Here are just a few examples of the new deliciously disguised Halloween line-up:

  • The Spider Donut - A classic donut frosted with orange icing with an eight-legged creature on top made from Munchkins and chocolate drizzle.
  • Boston Scream Donut - It's the classic Boston Cream disguised with orange drizzle.
  • Purple Potion - Cast a spell anytime with this vanilla frosted donut featuring purple icing, topped with chocolate and orange sprinkles.

All together there are nine spooky Halloween flavors that will be only available for a limited time, and only at participating Dunkin' Donuts.

Locally, there here are Dunkin' Donuts locations in Danbury, New Milford, and Ridgefield. Also in Dutchess County, you'll find them in Poughkeepsie, Pleasant Valley, Wappingers Falls, Hopewell Junction, Lagrangeville, Highland, and Hyde Park. In Putnam County, you'll find them in Patterson, Brewster, Carmel and Mahopac.

The "Dancing Pumpkin Man" is also back this year to celebrate the sweetest season ever at DD's.
