Hey fans of FX/Hulu's The Bear, an upcoming event in Morris will bring that level of attention to detail, a James Beard Award finalist, and over a dozen of the best chefs of Connecticut together for an evening of fine dining.

Savor 2024, presented by Litchfield Magazine, is billed as Litchfield County's premiere annual food event, and it's scheduled to happen on Sunday, September 15 at South Farms in Morris. 15 superior chefs from Litchfield County's incredible restaurants will join forces with special guest Chef Christian Hunter to conduct a symphony made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Hunter, formerly of Washington's Community Table, and Chicago's Michelin-starred Atelier may be a familiar name to some, but the 15 chef lineup is stellar.

If you're craving a 'The Bear" dining experience in Connecticut, where would you eat? Bantam's Winvian Farms or Materia Ristorante? Arethusa Al Tavolo? New Haven's Union League Cafe? Savor 2024 will feature Chef Roal Alcudia from Washington's Mayflower Inn, Chef CJ Barroso from Lost Fox Inn, Chef Carlos Perez from @the Corner, and Jeremey McKendry and Allison Varian from Bakehouse, Litchfield, Chef John Bordeau from Sparrow, Chef Dino Kolitsas from Greca, and Chef Vinjith Vikraman from Tandoori Flames in New Milford, Chef Jeff Schmidt from Waterbury's Hindsight BBQ, Kate Truini and Chef Zachary Redin from Oakville's New Curds on the Block and To the Gills, Chef Bolivar Hilerio from New Preston's Community Table, Chef Paul Pearson from Salisbury's White Heart Inn, Chef Carl Ciarcia from South Farms, and Chef Dennis DeBellis from John's Cafe in Woodbury.

General admission tickets are $125 presale, $140 day-0f, and VIP tickets are available for $225, but include a special menu and caviar bar.
