Huge Fire and Explosions Rock Oakville, Watertown Ave Currently Closed

An intense fire with multiple explosions has just broken out around 2 PM on Falls Avenue by the Oakville/Waterbury town line and emergency crews are on scene right now trying to get the raging blaze under control. At the moment, Watertown Avenue (Rt. 73) and Falls Avenue are both closed down and businesses in the area are currently without power.

I just spoke with my dear friend Pete Morcey, the owner of Brass City Tattoo, which is located on Watertown Avenue right at the intersection of Falls Avenue.

Pete told me that they heard a couple of loud explosions that shook the building, and their power went out shortly afterwards. Pete and the artists of Brass City Tattoo went right outside of their shop and captured the moment just as first responders arrived on scene.
