Hat City On Tap Brewery Spotlight: Housatonic River Brewing

Over the last couple of weeks, we've had several of the local breweries that will be coming to Hat City On Tap in the studio. It's always fun to talk beer, and learn about what's going on at the breweries.

This week, Dave Littlefield from New Milford's Housatonic River Brewing stopped by with some of his Moz Bomb IPA and we chatted about all things HRB over a pint.

Housatonic River Brewing is open Wednesday through Sunday just north of the bridge on Rt. 7 in New Milford and has become a major destination on the Western CT beer trail. Dave and I talked about what kind of place he had pictured in his mind when he built the brewer, what new seasonal beers are on the way for the Fall, and which brews he'll be bringing to our Hat City On Tap event this Saturday at the Danbury Arena.
