According to Yahoo a Freetown, MA man was arrested Monday for keeping an 86" TV that was sent to him by accident. 35 Year old Nick Memmo ordered a 74" flat screen TV from Amazon. They unintentionally sent him an 86" version. Surprise, Nick kept it.

Police SURROUNDED HIS HOUSE Monday night, ordered him outside and put him in handcuffs. The TV was shipped by a third party company, they contend they reached out multiple times to him to admit the mistake and try and get the TV back, blah, blah, blah.

I'm not into stealing things. I don't think it's cool. However, when a major corporation takes and order and fills it incorrectly I say, too damn bad. Enough with these companies scraping every last dollar out of our pockets and then having "the stones" to ask for a TV back when they make a mistake.

I don't know this guy, I don't know if he is good or bad, nice or mean. I'm on his team for this one time. Go ahead Amazon, send me a bigger TV than the one I bought and I am keeping it.
