You're in for an extra special treat when another unique eatery, Pour Me Coffee & Wine Cafe, opens up in downtown Danbury next month.

If you needed to know about all things local in Danbury, the former Executive Director of CityCenter Danbury, Andrea Gartner, was your go-to person. She's practically a motivational speaker when she talks enthusiastically about the potential of downtown Danbury, which is why she'll open the doors to her new entrepreneurial endeavor next month called Pour Me Coffee & Wine Cafe, located at 274 Main Street in Danbury right next to the legendary, Music Guild.

Andrea calls her restaurant a "concept eatery." She's hired manager/chef, Matt Rieve from Fig's Wood Fired Bistro in Sandy Hook, and now they're hiring servers, bussers, runners, cooks, cashiers, etc. If you're interested, click on indeed.com to apply.

According to the Pour Me Facebook page, Andrea's new restaurant will feature everything from breakfast burritos to paninis, personal pizzas, soups and sandwiches along with full dinner service after 4 pm.

Oops! Almost forgot to tell you that even before the doors open next month, Andrea and her Chef Matt, placed third in the Danbury Westerners' 9th annual Chili Winter Warm-Up competition with her Rocket Fuel Vegan Chile. Yowsa -- can't wait for Pour Me to open!
