Jennifer Dulos has now been missing now for 7 days and detectives report they have discovered blood traces in her New Canaan home and have also obtained a search warrant for her estranged husband's home in Farmington.

Four days after she was reported missing, we received the  the initial details of Dulos' disappearance. From the current evidence collected, New Canaan Police suspect that Jennifer Dulos was the victim of a violent crime.

According to the Stamford Advocate, detectives have begun a new search at a Pound Ridge, NY home associated with the Dulos family although Waveny Park in New Canaan has been the main focus of the search for the last 5 days.

Here's what we know so far. According to wtnh.com, Jennifer and her husband Fotis Dulos are embroiled in a divorce and a nasty custody battle. When divorce proceedings began in 2017, the Stamford Advocate reported that Jennifer was on record saying that her husband was threatening and controlling and admitted that she was afraid of him.

Currently, the Dulos's children who range in age from 8 to 13 are staying with Jennifer's mom in New York City where they are being protected by an armed guard. Dulos stated in court documents,

I am afriad of my husband and I know that filing for divorce, and filing this motion will enrage him.

She also went on to say that she has a strong feeling that her husband will get back at her by harming her in some way.

Now the latest update from WTNH is that police have now expanded the investigation to parts of the Hartford/Farmington area, as they have been issued a search warrant for the home of her estranged husband.
