One of the stars of Law & Order and Grace and Frankie was arrested this past weekend for protesting.

Actor Sam Waterston showed up with an agenda to the Harvard-Yale football game on November 23. Waterston who graduated from Yale in 1962 was on hand with 150 others who were protesting fossil fuel investments by the two schools according to the Middletown Press.

The Academy Award-winning acting star was also arrested during an October 18, 2019 climate change protest with his co-star, Jane Fonda from the sitcom, Grace and Frankie just outside of Washington D.C. Waterston issued a statement before the Yale protest saying:

You don't get to have the facts, the truth, and the right on your side everyday. This is one of those days.

The Yale protest began with only a couple of dozen on the field but eventually grew to hundreds which disrupted the game for about 45 minutes. Waterston was one of 42 protesters arrested for misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
