CT Reddit Crushes Mugshot of New Fairfield Man Accused of Cruelty

Last week, I-95's Large Dave shared the awful news that a New Fairfield man is facing cruelty charges after allegedly cutting the power to a victim's medical equipment. Dave wrote:

New Fairfield Police and Connecticut State Police - Troop A in Southbury have just announced the arrest of a 73 year old New Fairfield resident following an investigation into disturbing allegations of elder abuse, reckless endangerment, and cruelty.

"On Wednesday, June 12, 2024, Officers from New Fairfield and CSP Troop A in Southbury responded to a report of an active disturbance at a residence in New Fairfield. Responding officers were advised that Giovanni Grillo, 73, of New Fairfield, had turned off the electricity to an apartment located on the premises. Further investigation showed that the occupant of the apartment was dependent upon medical equipment in that apartment to maintain their health. During the investigation, Grillo allegedly expressed that he wanted the occupant to vacate the apartment."

Once Connecticut Reddit got a hold of this man's mugshot no one was safe. Here are my favorite comments:
