Connecticut Has a Front Row Seat for the Orionid Meteor Shower This Weekend
The universe will host its own special light show starting this weekend and the best time to see it will be right here in our backyard or your backyard.
Patch.com reports that the star of the show is the Orionid Meteor Shower. Best Supporting Actress Award goes to Mother Nature, as she gives us clear skies to watch the live performance that starts tonight. Performances continue every night through November 7th, but the best view will be tonight, tomorrow and Sunday night.
How is this happening? You might not want to hear this, but debris from Halley's Comet is hitting the earth, like, right in the face! Don't worry, though, this happens every year. We're fine.
If you want to watch a live stream, go outside, or, I don't know, look out of your window— Duh! Or, you can click here for Slough.com's live coverage of the performance of the year. If you miss it, stay tuned, this is an annual performance.
