Connecticut Stores Closed on Thanksgiving Day 2022
It's starting already, you've been hit with the pre-Black Friday exclusive deals even though it's not even Halloween. You can feel the shift away from shopping on Thanksgiving even more from national retailers this year in Connecticut.

There were a standout few over the past few years, the big-box's that said "yeah, you have to work a 4 hour sift in a turkey coma." Not so in 2022. More national retailers are joining in with the locally-owned retail establishments that led the day-off movement by giving their employees Thanksgiving Thursday off.
According to theblackfriday.com, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Kohl's, and Home Depot are going to close all locations in Connecticut on Thanksgiving Day Thursday, November 24, 2022. Barnes & Noble, Five Below, and IKEA are all closed too. Who else has announced that they will not open?
