A silver alert has been issued for a Connecticut girl who has been reportedly been missing for seven days.

According to a social media post from the Stamford Police, the disappearance of 14-year-old Maria Micheo-Alvarez was reported to the department on May 1, but they believe she has been missing since last Friday, April 26.

Police say she is most likely being accompanied by 19-year-old Alex Eduardo Lemus, also of Stamford, but they have been unable to make contact with either of the two.
