A Look Inside An INCREDIBLE Candlewood Lake Home in Danbury
This Danbury, CT, Candlewood Lake, waterfront property is at 137 Sunset Cove. It was built in 1989 has four bedrooms, five baths and one hell of a view. This amazing property would check boxes for any discerning property hunter.
My interests include but are not limited to; extraterrestrial life, the New York Yankees and searching for homes I'll never be able to purchase. When I found this one it covered every need I'd ever have when searching for a two million dollar home.
It is in Danbury, which I will never leave, it's on Candlewood Lake with a dock, has sick views and interior design that won't quit being awesome. If you think I am writing a paid ad, you don't know me at all. I am writing this because I want this house to sell to an Ethan and Lou listener and that way, I might get an invite for a dinner party.
Here's a birds eye view. In this photo we learn, that if you buy the house, you can park three cars in it, shut the doors and shoot some hoops.
I never know what rooms are called. I think this is the "great room" because it's great. In fairness, if you are the homeowner, you can call them what you want and do what you want in them. I would play handball in this one. I'd call it the "handball room."
Here's the kitchen, it's gorgeous, in it you could cook, eat and get your Chardonnay on.
This is where I would drink my coffee in the morning and yell "Good Morning My Neighbors" in the style of Eddie Murphy in "Coming to America."
This is where I would do a majority of my "maxing and relaxing."
And finally, a long astonishing walk back to the house after a long day on the water. This house is magnificent. Hey Matthews Group, if this does not sell, call me. I'll go in with 100 of my closest friends, we'll purchase it and come up with a time share structure.
